Young Professionals
The Preston Road Church loves and places high value on Young Adults! Not only do we appreciate the energy and talent that young adults bring to our church family, but we also recognize them as the future leaders of our church! Therefore, we take their training and discipleship seriously, and we give them opportunities to serve in all sorts of roles.
The size of Preston Road, along with some intentional programming and events, allows opportunities for young adults to have interaction with people of all ages each week, and thus intergenerational friendships and mentoring relationships are the norm. Networking abounds between young professionals and our many community and business leaders from all sorts of fields.
Our Young Adults are heavily involved in several church-wide activities such as Iron Tuesday Men’s Breakfasts, Ladies Bible Study, 4th Wednesday Nights of Worship, etc.
In addition, we have things specifically designed for young adults like:
- Dinner and Bible Study at 7pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
- Sunday morning Bible Class at 9:00am
- 5th Wednesday Social events
- Tuesday night basketball for the men
- Bi-weekly gatherings for the ladies
- Beautiful Breakfasts with our homeless neighbors and other service projects.
