Andrew Graves
Andrew grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas, before attending Abilene Christian University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Youth and Family Ministry. Following graduation, Andrew served at the Singing Oaks Church of Christ in Denton as a Youth Ministry Resident. Andrew came to the Preston Road Church as the Youth Outreach Resident in January of 2022 before transitioning into the role of Youth Minister later that year, where he feels blessed to continue working with students he had already grown to love. Andrew has never met a stranger and has a passion for reaching our city’s youth to share the good news of Jesus Christ.
Although Andrew grew up in Texas, he was born in Indianapolis, and thus loves Indiana’s sports teams. He especially loves playing basketball or watching the Pacers. Andrew was married in May of 2023 to Makenna Myers and is extremely excited about this new season of life with his bride.
Andrew enjoys serving both inside and outside the Church walls and is eager to meet for coffee or a bite to eat anytime.
