Hannah August
Hannah graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2022 with a bachelor’s in international relations and global studies. Hannah met her husband, James August, through a mutual friend during her senior year at UT. Hannah and James spent one year dating in Abilene, TX as Hannah began pursuing her Master of Divinity with a focus in church missions from Abilene Christian University. Hannah started at Preston Road in 2023 as the girls’ minister-in-residence. She has been one of Preston Road’s Youth Ministers since 2025. Hannah is looking forward to building meaningful relationships with the students of Preston Road Youth Ministry. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, reading, cooking Italian food, doing group exercise classes, and watching TV series with James.
